Gabe Ramos is a licensed U.S. Soccer coach, coach educator, and player development specialist dedicated to empowering athletes, coaches, and communities through thoughtful, intentional mentorship. With more than 15 years of experience in youth development, club consulting, and coach education, Gabe blends technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership principles to help players reach their highest potential both on and off the field.

As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Royal Sporting Group, Gabe oversees training programs across multiple community soccer clubs, focusing on building sustainable player pathways, improving coaching standards, and fostering positive team cultures. In addition to his work with youth athletes, Gabe serves as a U.S. Soccer Grassroots Instructor, mentoring coaches and delivering courses designed to elevate the game at all levels.

Beyond soccer, Gabe is a certified CPR, BLS, and First Aid instructor, equipping individuals and organizations with lifesaving skills. He also provides college recruiting guidance through Crimson Scholars, helping student-athletes navigate the competitive college recruitment process with tailored mentorship and career-focused strategies.
